Josie's Comment:   Aliyah - Now is the Time to Come Home
Jeremiah 16:14-16  However, the days are coming says the Lord, "when men will no longer say ,  As surely as the Lord lives, who brought the Israelites up our of Egypt, but they will say As surely as the Lord lives, who brought the Israelites up out of the land of the North and out of all the countries where he had dispersed them, For I will restore them to the land I gave to their forefathers. "

Recently I was meditating about many things .  As I was in that place, the Lord showed me the picture of the Israelites after they had come out of Egypt standing with the Red sea in front of them (and Moses with his rod ) and the Egyptian army behind them  .   It looked like they were doomed ! They were trapped  - they saw nothing with their natural eyes that gave them hope of a deliverance.  This was, however, the safest place for His people to be in.   They were about to see the greatest miracle and release of God;s power in their lifetime. God was watching over them, to perform His word, and make it known to the Egyptians that He is the God of Israel.

Nothing is new today for those in Israel that were either born here in the land of Israel or have made Aliyah from the nations.  We again have the sea in front of us (in this case the big beautiful Mediterranean sea ) and  behind us are all Israel's enemy nations.  We are again in a place of what looks like great danger, trapped even, hopeless, (for those that do not know their God)  but our God is about to once again display His supernatural power and do extraordinary acts of greatness  to deliver Israel and the Jewish people from her arch enemies.

So what am I trying to say ?   .......  Israel is the safest place for Jews to be again, today, now ! . It may not look like it in the natural . But we do not walk by sight or feelings, but we are called to walk by faith. Faith is the substantiating of things hoped for the conviction of things not seen. Mercy was what took place at the Red sea,  and it will be mercy again that will be poured out on the house of Israel in the days ahead, combined with a manifestation of signs, wonders and supernatural acts, which  will be unprecedented in all of Israel's history.  Therefore the Jewish people need to be here in their land, to witness this move of God, but for the sake of their  physical well-being, to be where it is safe.  God is going to demonstrate His greatest acts here in Israel, not in the nations.  We as a people of God, the people of Israel need to trust, believe and, and once again lift up our eyes and proclaim  Psalm 123   Unto You I lift up my eyes, O You who dwell in the heavens. Behold as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their masters, as the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the Lord our God, until He has mercy on us.

Would you consider circulating this article that I have attached to this email .  Maybe you have Jewish friends, (secular or Messianic) relatives, neighbors, business associates. Probably many of you have a Jewish lawyer, doctor or dentist.  Perhaps you know Israeli Jews who left Israel to live in what they think is the comfort and safety of the nations.  If you do then send or post them this article   Maybe you have friends who are prayers and intercessors who can pray and intercede for the Jewish people to make Aliyah.  Please forward this onto them .  The time is now - the time is urgent .  Things can happen suddenly in our world today  .............. 

The Lord promised that when the Jewish people return they will increase as they once increased  (Zechariah 10:9)

As the nation of Israel  continues to be afflicted, pressured, threatened and cursed by the nations, may these times of affliction cause us to grow strong,  multiply and increase (Aliyah - ) and in turn cause dread on those that oppress us.   Aliyah will also ensure Israel to remain demographically Jewish.  The fulfilment of Aliyah is a reflection of the awesome faithfulness of our Father  in heaven.  There is no doubt that the birth and growth of the nation of Israel among the family of nations is one of the greatest pieces of prophetic news that we have heard in this century.  We are looking through the Lord's prophetic lens.

2 Cor 4:8-9   We are hard pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed ......

The Lord bless you as you bless Israel by standing in defense of her right to exist on the land given to the Jewish people by the God of Israel.  Lets pray that Israel will turn back to their God.  Do not be silent, but share this with your fellow Christians, share it with your pastors, and with anyone you have a chance to speak to. Lets also pray for that breakthrough to the Muslims,  and please remember to pray for all of the soldiers in the IDF -they are defending and fighting for the Kingdom of God.
