Could it be ???
Isaiah 14:1 For Jehovah will have compassion on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land
Zechariah 10:8 For I will redeem them and they will be as numerous as they were before
Jeremiah 30:3 For behold the days are coming says the Lord, that I will bring back from captivity My people Israel and Judah says the Lord, And I will cause them to return to the land I gave to their fathers and they shall possess it.
I love reading the Holy scriptures, and what I love even more is when reading them, there comes a sudden, abrupt awakening or enlightening of revelation as the Lord beams His spotlight on a particular verse and illuminates it with greater understanding. As I was reading the scriptures last Shabbat, and musing over the times in which we are living, and God’s promises and prophetic word, I had a sense of that illuminating light of understanding trickle into my spirit and into my mind.
As many of you know I have a strong burden for Aliyah (the return of the Jewish people in the nations back to their homeland (Eretz Israel) and to be a voicepiece for Him in this area. As I was reading and meditating, I was also thinking about Aliyah and the millions of Jews that still need to return. I was particularly thinking about the American Jewry. The USA has the highest percentage of Jewish people residing there. I had also been reading some scriptures about the Jewish people returning from the East and the West and from the ends of the earth (the isles from afar – Isaiah 60) and when they come, they will bring their silver and gold with them.
I also felt impressed to read about the Israelites when they were making their exodus out of Egypt after the angel of death
had swept thru Egypt and struck dead all the firstborn in the land of Egypt from the firstborn of Pharoah who sat on the throne, to the firstborn of the captive who was in the dungeon, and all the firstborn of livestock (Exodus 12:29)
Exodus 12:31-42says God told Moses to tell the Israelites to ask the Egyptian people, as they were preparing for their exit out of Egypt, for all their gold and silver. I believe this was recompense to the children of Israel for their hardship during the 430 years of slavery in Egypt, and God wanted to bless them with riches. Favor was bestowed upon their request and the Egyptians could not give the Israelites their riches fast enough. It says in Exodus 12:33 And the Egyptians urged the people that they might send them out of the land in haste For they said “We shall all be dead ” Prior to this, when the Israelites were still in bondage under Egyptian rule, it is recorded in the book of Exodus, “the more the Egyptians afflicted the Jewish people, the more they grew and multiplied and it says that the Egyptians were in dread of the children of Israel” Exodus 12:1
I cant help but notice that the God of Israel works with a pattern, it is chronicled in the Tenach (Old Testament) of each one of Israel’s victories and his pattern of tactics and strategies for Israel’s good and the defeat of the nations of the world that touch the Apple of His eye.
Could it be that His patterns are re emerging, but this time, between The United States of America/Europe and the Jewish people ?
Could it be that the plagues and natural/financial catastrophes that have and are about to hit the USA and Europe will be because of God’s wrath, in response to the abuse of His people ?
Could it be that the God of Israel will use the area of finance as a catalyst to remove the Jewish people from these nations ?
Could it be that once again the Jewish people will be blamed for major global meltdowns, economically and financially?
Could it be that the dread of the Jewish people will once again come upon the nations, and cause a monumental increase in anti-Semitism which will result in another major exodus of the American/European Jewry, bringing with them all their silver and gold, extracting their brilliant technology skills, their art, entertainment, music etc –
and causing a major collapse in those nations ? It has happened before !
It was interesting to read in the Arutz 7 news on Sunday January 9, that the recent population statistics of Judea and Samaria indicate that it is the largest growth rate in all of Israel. Despite the 10 months of construction freeze that ended in September 2010, the Jewish population in Judea and Samaria grew by more than 4.5 percent in the course of 2010 compared to 2.9 percent in the entire country. How amazing !
Could it be that the “pattern of God” has and is once again repeating itself. It would appear that the more pressure that the international community places upon the Jewish people to restrict their growth, the more the God of Israel causes them to increase. The number of Jews living in these areas grew by nearly 15,000 during the year of 2010.
It will be interesting to see how the God of Israel plays out this last part of the board game. However it goes, we all know that it will be according to His covenant, word and promises for the ultimate purpose that His name will be known throughout Israel and the whole Earth and the whole world will know that He is the Holy One of Israel and there is no other God besides Him, and that He confirms and carries out His promises.
